Before we Arrive
1. Technician will call ahead of time to inform of arrival so that homeowner will be available to remove all family and pets from home if interior treatment is needed
2. If interior treatment is needed please make sure all doors for bedrooms and kitchen if treatment is needed in those areas
3. Please inform technician that if you’re not feeling well so that we can reschedule appointment
4. Exterior treatments are available upon request

Payment Options
1. Client will have the option to pay by cash, credit card manually or etransfer before service is to commence to help reduce the spread of COVID
2. If cash is accepted, the client will count the money in front of the technician and place it in an envelope to lessen the potential risk of COVID 19 transfer
